Features

  • Genetics!
    • Humans now all spawn at first play with random genetic physical and mental attributes, which will stay with them and their family forever (for the most part)
      • Different skin color, which get passed down through generations depending on which skin color each parent has
      • Different hair color, which works the same, as in it gets passed down as it would IRL
      • Last names get passed down through parents!
      • Children share a lot of the same personality traits and special traits their parents have, which especially points down towards their genetic traits. 
    • Added different hair styles
    • Different clothes and styles
    • Age changes physical attributes as they get older
  • Building!
    • Grid system to build whatever you set your mind to!
    • Build a home, furniture, lighting, set down soil for planting, and much more!
  • Map
    • Procedurally generated map, consisting of different types of trees and resources to mine!
  • Resource Management
    • Humans will manage their own inventory, by storing what they need, such as food.
  • Jobs
    • Construction Worker - Build stuff
    • Miner - Break stuff
    • Farmer - Plant stuff
  • Music
    • Custom music made by me! :D
  • Human Intractability
    • Human relationships and actions have changed quite drastically.
      • Babies will stay within a radius of one of their parents.
      • Humans will stay around their friends for the most part, unless they are angry or especially shy at that moment. (Very detailed look into that at another time)
      • Humans now have an opinion on their peers, depending on how similar they are and if they are happy before or after talking to that human. 
      • The overall way all of them interact depending on personality has been changed. 
  • Detailed human menu
    • Stats that give insight into the personality of the humans, that are a lot more helpful than the previous menu, including simple hunger and energy bars, along with only giving the specific personality traits they have. (Will be updated a lot to give insight into how much more confident, arrogant, shy, or agreeable they are, amongst other things)
    • Stats menu now will show what parts or events of their everyday activities are the things that influence their personality traits and relationships with others.
    • Family members are put into a family tree menu, giving detailed insight into who is related to whom
    • Jobs are now much more easy to give to humans, as it is just a couple clicks away, now having its own menu! 
    • Humans are now tracked! When you click on one, you now have a hotkey to access them again, along with finding any by a click of a button by looking at the list of humans and clicking!
  • Updated human-specific log
    • Each human has their own log of their everyday doing
    • Critical needs are now in their own log, as can be seen in the bottom right corner as a skull. Here, deaths, babies, and other important needs will be quickly brought to the attention of the player. (You do not need to open the menu first either, as there will be a temporary notification of the most recent need)
  • Other small details
    • Humans no longer die when energy depletes and instead just pass out, which only gives them partial energy back and makes them grumpy.

      • Eating animations
      • Sleeping animations
    • Age, which changes how they look overtime
